WHO IS BEHIND YAL ?
My name is Filippo and I am an athletic trainer with 10 years' experience in youth sport, a degree in motor sciences and a past as an athlete.
My passion is to help young people develop their motor skills to the best of their ability by helping them achieve their sporting and competitive goals in the sport they practise, while at the same time I try to keep them entertained with the aim of getting them excited about the world of sport and a sporting life

WHY WAS YAL BORN ?
YoungAthleteLab was created to help coaches, teachers and educators find ideas for their training sessions.
We know how important and difficult it is to constantly provide new stimuli to young athletes with the aim of achieving the most complete motor development possible. That's why we try to provide our colleagues with as many ideas as possible, facilitating the search for and creation of new exercises for every type of need and sport
WHAT DOES YAL BELIEVE IN ?
The entire YAL team is united by a single mission: to inspire and engage as many young people as possible in the world of sports, while simultaneously training the next generation of professionals who will make it their career.
You coaches are an invaluable asset to our goals. By sharing this culture with as many young athletes as possible, we are confident that together, we can truly make the world of sports an incredible place to grow
WHO IS ON THE YAL TEAM ?
The YAL team is made up of professional coaches from a variety of sports. And like all coaches, after completing our studies, we started our careers in youth categories by coaching children.
As our experience grew, many of us began coaching older and older athletes. It was at that moment that we realized how fundamental proper motor development is at a young age. This is why we felt the need to return to youth categories, with the goal of helping many young people grow, both as athletes and as people.
